Our Mission

Established in 2018, The Factory 2.0 has been satisfying its mission of preparing students for sustainable empowerment and success in life, academics, and the workplace by providing career exposure, academic and professional development, mental health awareness, and leadership training.  ​Founder and Executive Director, Rob DeLoach Jr., wanted to ensure that students had multiple professional arenas to enter into in addition to the athletic arenas where many of his past and present students have thrived in. "Young people are talented and gifted in many arenas.  Let's prepare them to be dominant leaders in all of those professional environments!"
